Shipping Times

  • US orders typically ship within 2 business days after processing.
  • The provided map will help you estimate shipping durations across the country.
  • Estimated arrival dates do not apply to deliveries:
    • To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and rural areas.
    • Made to U.S. territories or international destinations.
    • For items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering.

Please Be Aware:

  • Estimated arrival dates aren’t guaranteed. Factors such as weather and other unforeseen circumstances might affect the delivery time.
  • We strive to maintain adequate stock levels in our warehouses. However, if a product is unavailable at one warehouse, we’ll dispatch your entire order from another warehouse via FedEx Ground. This might result in a longer shipping time. In such cases, we’ll notify you through email, with the subject “See note on shipping.”
  • If an item on your order is unavailable, we’ll contact you for permission to process and ship the remaining items. The unavailable product will not be back ordered and should be reordered via our website once available.

Additional Shipping Details:

  • We use UPS Ground for shipping within the continental US and do not ship on personal UPS account numbers.
  • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days.
  • Our warehouses observe a holiday schedule; they will be closed on specific days like Friday 12/31. This may cause delays in order processing and shipping.
  • Our environmentally-conscious approach includes the reuse of shipping boxes and packing materials. Don’t be surprised if you receive your items in a repurposed box.

Tracking Orders:

You’ll get an email notification with a tracking number from UPS on the day your order is dispatched. Typically, this process takes 1-2 business days post-ordering.

Larger Order Pick-Up:

For substantial bulk orders, Better Earth offers a pick-up option. Please contact our customer service at 1-844.243.6333 for details.

Rush Orders:

  • For a fee, same-day shipping is available for some products. Specific conditions apply to rush orders. For further details, please contact our customer service.

Processing and Transit Times Overview:

  • After placing an order, processing usually takes 1-2 business days.
  • Post-processing, the approximate transit time for UPS Ground can be gauged using the provided map. If you wish for a faster delivery, you have the option to choose FedEx’s expedited shipping services.
