   Fill out our referral form with basic info about the company, their packaging interests, and contact information. (You don’t have to share confidential details or client names.)

2. We Qualify the Lead
   Our sales team reviews the referral to confirm it’s new and relevant. If it meets our criteria, we’ll let you know.

3. Business Orders & You Get Rewarded
   Once the referred company places a qualifying order within 6 months, you receive your reward.

Your referral does not have to be locked in or fully scoped at the time you submit — but we do ask for projected needs (SKU types, anticipated volumes, ship-to locations) so we can assess feasibility.

Do I need to be a current Better Earth customer?
No—you do not have to be a customer. This program is open to approved industry contacts, partners, and sustainability advocates.

What information is required?
You’ll need basic business contact info, anticipated product categories (e.g. trays, cups, wrap), rough volume estimates, and shipping location structure. You don’t need to share client names.

When will I receive the referral reward?
After the referred company places a qualifying order within 6 months. We will notify you when it’s confirmed.

Can I refer multiple businesses?
Yes. Each valid new business referral is eligible for one reward per account (no stacking).

What if the referred company doesn’t ultimately order?
No reward is paid unless a qualifying order is placed. We recommend following up to ensure they proceed.
